The Nature Museum at Grafton

Explore and connect to the natural world in the heart of the Green Mountains! The Nature Museum offers indoor and outdoor experiences including exhibits on local flora, fauna, and geology, a native pollinator garden, the Magic Forest Playscape for nature play and exploration, and connections to local trails (maps available). More than just a museum, they host regular all-ages workshops and speakers, seasonal camps, and custom programming for visiting families and wedding parties.

They are known for the annual Fairy House Festival which takes place the last weekend in September. Hundreds of visitors from all over New England come to walk the enchanting fairy house trail. Tickets are available online each year starting in late summer.

Everything The Nature Museum does is designed to inspire people to fall in love with the natural world and become conservation-minded citizens and neighbors. Visit the Museum to start your exploration! They are open Friday – Sunday, 10am – 4pm.
